Sr. System Integration Engineer
Responsibilities
- Provide global technical leadership in the area of systems integrations between development staff and partners
- Work directly with customers, partners and business teams to ensure that solutions are optimally designed and implemented
- Maintain partner integration environment composed of database and application servers
- Implement monitoring, alerting & key performance indicators (KPI)for internal and external partners
- Participate in 24x7 support for partners and systems monitoring
- Actively manage and coordinate tasks, ensuring timely delivery of solutions between business units and partners
- Create test scenarios for designed solutions and ensure that solutions are effectively tested
- Take full ownership of issues and prioritize each issue accordingly for the development staff
- Develop and update documentation of user manuals for our applications and integrations to be used by partners and partner management team
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned or as they become evident
Required Skills
- 5-10 years of experience managing technical project integrations
- Overall knowledge of application development, networks and system integration
- Strong knowledge of Databases and ability to understand and generate SQL queries
- Analytical and problem solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of Unix/Solaris OS/Windows
- Able to understand basic Web Services architectures including WSDL files
- Great oral and written communications skills are required
- Self starter, excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast moving environment
- Experience with mobile aggregator technologies a plus.
Education
- B.S. in computer science, engineering or technology, or equivalent educational background, experience and certifications.
