Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Creating, updating, reviewing and documenting test cases
  • Testing several applications and reporting results in a timely manner
  • Writing test drivers for black box/white box testing
  • Reporting and troubleshooting defects
  • Documenting issues
  • Reviewing functional specifications and use cases

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science and 8 to 10 years of experience in QA testing
  • Test Automation Frameworks
  • Sun Solaris OS
  • Oracle Database
  • Browser Application Testing
  • Apache Tomcat and HTTP Server
  • SQL
  • -Java (2-4 years), JBOSS, JDBC
  • J Unit testing

Additional Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to test “outside the box”
