IT Project Manager
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Working under the direction of the EVP of Technology and Senior IT Project Manager
- Requirements analysis, communications coordination, scope assessment
- Coordination of production issues, prioritization and scheduling of ongoing maintenance tasks for IT staff, documentation of processes and applications and assistance in overall planning and task management
- Will also work closely with Director of IT Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Customer Service and other operational areas of the company
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years experience in project, product or process management including cross-team coordination
- Working knowledge of software development processes
- Able to manage multiple tasks of varying sizes simultaneously
- Organized, effective and upbeat in both written and verbal communication
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with transaction-based systems or financial services company products is a big plus
- Experience with business analysis and technical writing is also helpful
