We have an opening for a Director of Product Management, Innovation who will be responsible for driving payment innovation solutions across the Rêv Worldwide portfolio. The successful candidate will bring to the table:
- Experience owning the end-to-end product development process
- Proven track record of success in taking product ideas and bringing them to market
- The ability to define a point of view on customer needs and successfully convince the team that their answer is the right one
- Multi-tasking skills that are the envy of all your peers
- High degree of facility in working with and building strong relationships with external parties
- A high degree of technical savvy
- Experience working and succeeding in a start-up environment
- The ability and desire to work well as thought leader within a cross-functional team
Requirements
- BA/BS required
- 7+ years experience primary responsibility for a consumer financial product, online product or payment processing solution
- Excellent analytic, communication and collaboration skills
- International business experience is highly valued but not necessary
- Fluent in English; fluency in other languages valued but not necessary
- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies
